REZICAST® is suitable for single/double storey homes (a third storey is possible if the bottom is a basement/garage) as well as duplexes/townhouses. REZICAST® is cost comparable to traditional methods such as brick veneer or block, but offers significant advantages to both builders and home occupants.

The rapid build times, lack of defects and significantly reduced maintenance requirements make REZICAST® the ideal choice for public housing.

REZICAST® has been used on projects for Aboriginal Housing Office NSW in Regional NSW with one of their preferred builders (CTQ Group), and ACT Housing have completed their first REZICAST® 4 bed Class C Adaptable home with their main Canberra builder (Monarch Building Solutions).

REZICAST® is also approved under the NSW Government Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) Procurement List (SCM5862).
